The Society is 25 years old and in celebration this year’s programme of events focuses on people whose craft has been inspired by Blake: an experimental filmmaker, a translator, a poet, a singer-songwriter, an orchestral musician, a novelist, a cinema designer and a painter. In a change to our tradition the monthly meetings will begin an hour earlier at 6.30 pm and so will end at 8 pm. We hope that this change will allow more people to travel to our meetings especially those who live outside the mythopolis of London. Our events are free for members to attend and guests or non-members are welcome. The Tuesday Talks are held at the City of Westminster Archives Centre, 10 St. Ann’s Street, London SW1P 2DE — just off Parliament Square. The Birthday celebration in November will be announced later in the year and invitations will be sent out separately by post.
