This year marks the 250th Anniversary of Blake’s birth and the Society’s Annual Lecture takes the form of a conversation between the poet and Archbishop of Canterbury Rowan Williams and Professor Christopher Rowland of the University of Oxford.

The Lecture is free to members of the Blake Society and a ticket will be sent out to each member in the autumn.

Tickets for non-members will be available at the door priced £10 each.

Christopher Rowland is Dean Ireland Professor of the Exegesis of Holy Scripture at the University of Oxford. His latest book, soon to be published, is a study of Blake and the Bible.
