Blake Journal: the Journal of the Blake Society at St James’s is published by the Society at St James’s Church, 197 Piccadilly, London W1V 9LF, and is distributed free to members as part of their subscription.  It appears irregularly, though there should be one issue most years.

Blake Journal seeks to provide an open forum for the Blake enthusiast.  This doesn’t mean that we don’t look for high standards in its contributions, nor seek to publish well-written and cogent articles with valid and important points to make, rather that we eschew the kind of pre-publication vetting and peer review to which a more “scholarly” journal, such as Blake/An Illustrated Quarterly, adheres.

Contributions (short articles, original poetry, letters, &c.) are always welcome and should be sent to the editor at the address above, or emailed (preferred mode) to secretary@blakesociety.org.uk.
